We create great designs and bring these designs to you by using the highest quality materials. Wherever you are in the world, we make your orders ready to ship within 3 business days. And we deliver all over the world within 4-10 business days. We ship it immediately by our partners UPS/FedEx, and the delivery time is 2-7 business days. Depending on your country, local customs and duties may apply.

You will receive a notification when your orders are prepared and shipped, and you can start tracking your package within 24 hours.

Can you send the wallpaper to my home or office?
Of course, we will send the wallpaper to the address specified by you upon completing the order.

Can I track my order?
Once we have delivered your order to FedEx/UPS, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Return Policy
You have ​30 ​calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The shipping fee is the customer's responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. If the product comes as damaged/mistaken, we immediately accept the return/resend. You should keep the damaged shipping tube/product. We cannot refund any delivery charge (except where goods received are either faulty or incorrect). Any damaged orders must be reported to our customer services team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch with our customer services team at [email protected] with images of the damage and order details. Any damage reported after this time may result in us being unable to process a replacement order for you.

We advise that all rolls are inspected before hanging, as a refund cannot be issued once the product has been hung. We also cannot be held responsible for installers or decorator’s costs when goods are not inspected before hanging. In the event of a fault, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we will ask you to send a sample image of the product clearly showing the fault along with all the product labels – it is not usually necessary to return the entire faulty product.

Please note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging, and you should not throw away the product or labels until you have finished decorating and have contacted us with images of the defective product. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Please note that samples cannot be returned.
